GIANTS OF BEKONSCOT (Bucks)
I suggest you park by the church opposite Bekonscot (follow signs or use the map on their web site to get there) or on the road outside. Both are free but you only get an hour on the road, which isn't really long enough to enjoy this little gem of a place. (Note: When crossing the road please take extra care if caching with children). Unusually for a cache this is a pay-to-enter* location but all profits go to charity, and have done since 1929. Over £5.5 million at today's prices.

Once inside, you'll discover over 400m of Gauge 1 model railway linking six charming villages in the 1 1/2 acre site. Castles, churches, lighthouses, shops, a windmill... The list goes on. Anyway, gather figures at the following locations. I've included co-ords but you probably won't need them. That's why I've listed this as is a puzzle cache rather than a multi. You should reach each location in order when you follow the arrows on the pushchair friendly pathways but you'll need to keep your eyes open. Don't worry if you miss something, you can go around as many times as you like and I guarantee you'll notice more cool tiny stuff each time!

The Cache is located at:
N51° 36.(F-D)(D+i)(H-G) / W000° 38.(B+G)(E-A)(A+C).
To get there, leave Bekonscot (but not before you've had a damn good look around! It really is a rather magical place) and follow your arrow. The small cache is child-friendly distance away. Happy hunting!
The cache originally contained:
The usual: Basic log page (still no printer!), but NO pen or pencil. Please bring your own!
While you're in the area I suggest you try Timnerla's Wooburn View or else Resurrection (A Pit near Penn) by Dan, Pid and Mike. Both are within easy driving distance.
A small experiment - Please feel free to rate your visit to this cache out of ten in your log - or drop it a Favourite Point if you enjoyed it?
*I'm against paying to cache too, but this is such a great location I think it's worth it. If you REALLY object, the information you're looking for might be found online and the SMALL cache is hidden beyond the confines of the village. I would have liked to hide a full sized cache with stuff for da kiddiwinks in it, but the immediate area is just a bit too 'urban' for a bigger box. Sorry.
