Kaunispään päällä on iso parkkialue jossa saat käännettyä ja parkkeerattua isommankin bussin tai asuntovaunu yhdistelmän.
Kaunispää on yksi Saariselän tunturikeskuksen korkeimmista huipuista. Huipulla sijaitsee Näköalaravintola Kaunispään huippu jossa voit nauttia hyvää ruokaa ja tehdä tuliaisostoksia. Huipulta on hieno näköalat, näe sielä myös melkein toisen kätköni Uropään.
Jos sinulla on riittävästi aikaa käytettävissä ja hyvät välineet ota suunta kohti Uropäätä.
Drive 1 kilometre from Saariselkä center to direction of Ivalo village, turn when you see the Kaunispää 2 sign and drive up to the peak, the distance is about 2 km. Then walk couple hundred meters on very easy terrain to cache.
There is a big parking area at the peak so you can turn around and park a bus or car and/or your caravan.
Kaunispää is one of the highest peaks in Saariselkä tourist center. There is a Restaurant Kaunispään huippu where you can eat excellent food or do some gift shopping. There you can see an excellent panorama view over the Saariselkä and also almost my other cache "Uropää".
