Geocache Description:

This cache is at Presque Isle State Park. This monument is to the first swim crossing of Lake Erie. It is at Budny Beach, re-named in Patrick Budny's honor due to the fact that he made shore at this beach (also known as beach #10). I was impressed by Patrick Budny's swim crossing of Lake Erie. Tim Hughes, the other swimmer this day is T-print's 2nd cousin. Pat was the first to accomplish this. Eleven swimmers have crossed Lake Erie!

To find the next coordinates read the plaque here. For the first part multiply the numbers in line two and line three(ignore the Title line); then subtract 110 from that total to replace the "323" of the N designation.

For the second part find the amount of extra miles Pat Budny swam and multiply by 37. Then subtract 5 and replace the "295" of the W designation.
