The final coordinates are in a park that is shared by a school and
the public. So I don't recommend going for the cache between 7am
& 4pm on school days.
P.S. DON'T call what might appear to be phone
numbers!
Update 5/12/04: Upped difficulty to 3 stars based on
feedback.
Update 7/26/04: Had to move the cache and implement an offset due
to the original cache being muggled. The puzzle remains the same.
Added a half star due to the extra offset exercise.
Update 3/4/06: Cache is once again at solution coordinates and
offset is no longer required. Rating stays the same because now the
cache is a blinker (hidden in plain sight at least.)
