beautiful slot canyon in Kodachrome Basin near Bryce Canyon. Need high clearance vehicle for road but then it's an easy and beautiful hike.
Head south of Cannonville. When paved road takes sharp left stay staight and go on dirt road. Go left on road 422 at N 37 28.621 W 111 53.248 Park at small dirt lot on right at N 37 27.369 W 11 54.073 Head west and follow wash for aprox .66 mi until it ends at beginning of slot canyon. The cache is in this area, (look at hints for specifics) in a tupperware container wrapped in orange ribbon. It is filled with neat fun stuff available for trade but we suggest you pick up your favorite rock (there are lots of cool rocks!) along the hike and add it to the cache. You can start the official rock collection! Please sign in the log! We highly suggest you explore the slot canyon and surrounding area. The canyon is safe but use caution. It may be slippery. It is an easy flat walk through the canyon after the initial 15 ft down climb. It may be helpful to have a rope but it's not needed. To the right (when facing canyon form the wash), there is also a neat easy scramble up to a rocky lookout. The view is beautiful!! Have Fun and Enjoy!
