Walk up to the mountain on the yellow sign and turn right at the first major junction to the mine. By-pass the mine from the right, don't climb! The first box, which is located at the coordinates above is inside a tree. You can find the witch (don't take her, she's guarding the cache)
After looking around, you can walk on the trail to the look-out (N 47° 32,017' ; E 18° 57,315'). Go to the topmost floor, and forward to the loft. Be careful! The second part is a note under a board. You can find the third part's coordinates on it.
The third part is a traditional cache.
