THESE ARE OLD INSTRUCTIONS, NO NEED TO FOLLOW AS WEBCAMS CAN'T HAVE PUZZLES. STOP READING HERE IF YOU DON'T CARE WHAT THIS CACHE USED TO BE.... "You will need to be familiar with all your GPS functions. There are three clues to locations in the Alma/St. Louis area. Once you find what you believe to be the landmark, mark its location and write down the information asked for. When you are in front of the webcam note the distance from each waypoint you marked. Make sure to have a cell phone or friend able to surf the web to capture the online picture. This is our first placed cache. We wanted something easy at first. I updated the instructions in caps to log this cache. Distances were measured with a Garmin 12XL with an epe of 12 feet. Location 1 clue: The Time Capsule lies here with a Memorial very near. Mark the location and write down the year the capsule will be opened. Location 2 clue: Stand here and you will be at the center of it all. Mark this location, nothing to write down. Location 3 clue: This place of higher education is where a 19th century rock can be found. Mark this location, write the year engraved into the rock down. Webcam: I will try the closest webcam to Alma. It is about 11 miles from the local landmarks. You will be traveling through Michigan largest wind farm with over 150 turbines. If you are near here at night there is an eerie red synchronized flashing of lights from each turbine. WHILE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE CAM NOTE THE DISTANCES FROM EACH LANDMARK YOU FOUND BECAUSE IN ORDER FOR THE CACHE PUZZLE ANSWERS TO BE VERIFIED YOU NEED TO E-MAIL ME (cache_catchers7 profile link at the top) THE CORRECT DISTANCE TO EACH LANDMARK ALONG WITH THE ANSWERS TO THE LANDMARK QUESTIONS. My intent is to have you email me with the answers BEFORE you post your find in order to see if you were correct with the distances.
