Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in a small cave at Ribamar, near Ericeira.

To find this cache you need to travel to Ribamar. A small village near Ericeira, well known for it's great seafood and other delicious meals.

Once you get Ribamar, it's very easy to find the given waypoint! Just follow your GPS!
The place is a rocky area near the sea. At North, you should see the "Forte de Ribamar". One of many forts built during the Peninsular wars.

Don't loose much of your time on searchings. The cache is hidden in a small cave about 20 meters under your feet!

Orienting makes part of the game, so you should try to find your own way down to the cave!
There are several ways. If you find your way very difficult, do not insist! Turn back and choose other!

This is not a hard-to-find cache, but it's not intended to be easy!

The cave it's only reachable at lower water levels! This means that you should plan your hunt before, unless you want to get wet. (Don't you dare! It could be dangerous!)

What you are looking for is hidden in a vertical crack in the end of the cave.

SOME NOTES:

- Once again i remember that this cave is only reachable at lower water levels! At higher water levels this hunting could be dangerous. To know the best time for your hunting you can check this link: http://www.offshore.pt/mares/
- Don't leave home without spare cloths and shoes! It's very easy to get wet or dirt in cache the place!
- Lot's of birds use this cave to build their nests. If you see any bird nest DO NOT TOUCH! Also try to avoid noise and flash lights.

Don't forget: Cache in, Trash Out!

Most of the trash at the place are old fishing nets, floats and other fishing wastes. Some of them could be great souvenirs!
