Für dieses Cache solltest Du Dir einen Tag reservieren. Das Cache ist auf der Strecke einer etwa dreistündigen Rundwanderung versteckt. Natürlich ist die Wanderung etwas schweisstreibend, dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt. Das Cache befindet sich auf ca. 1527müM.
Vom Ausgangspunkt (N 47°05.724'/E008°34.055' ) dem Wegweiser „Wildspitz über die Leiter" folgen. Die Aufstiegszeit beträgt etwa 1 Stunde. Als Belohnung erwartet Dich auf dem Wildspitz (N 47°05.064'/E008°34.659') eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Kantone Zug und Schwyz sowie die Alpen! Nachher geht's weiter auf etwa gleicher Höhe Richtung „Gnipen", wo noch heute riesige Felsbrocken an den Goldauer Bergsturz erinnern (N 47°04.904'/E008°33.797'). Einen kurzen Abstecher zum Kreuz können wir Euch nur empfehlen. Jetzt ist's nicht mehr weit zum Cache: Dem kleinen Pfad abwärts folgen, und vor dem Wegweiser "Ob. Beichli" rechts ist das Cache versteckt. Das Cache ist leicht zugänglich und auf ebenem Boden versteckt, es sind keine Klettereien oder sonstwie gefährliche Übungen nötig!! Zum Schluss geht's einen stufenreichen Bergwerg hinunter nach Oberalpli - Alpli - Unteralpli und wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.
Ausrüstung: Die hier vorgeschlagene Route beinhaltet Teilabschnitte, die als "Bergweg" gekennzeichnet sind (weiss-rot-weiss markiert); d.h. es werden solide Bergschuhe vorausgesetzt. Ein Aufstieg bei nassem Wetter und im Winter empfehlen wir nicht. Ebenfalls solltest Du schwindelfrei sein! Alle Wege sind gut markiert und als Wege problemlos erkennbar.
Anreise: Der Ausgangspunkt kann am bequemsten per Auto erreicht werden. Es sind Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Aber es geht auch ganz ohne Auto. Vom Bahnhof "Zug" die Buslinie 1 (tagsüber halbstündlich, ca. 30min Fahrtzeit) bis Haltestelle “Unterägeri”. Von hier zum nächsten Kreisel zurücklaufen und dem Wegweiser in Richtung "Hürital" folgen. Bald schon sind die ersten Wanderwegweiser sichtbar. Dem Weg in Richtung "Alpli" folgen, ca. 2 Stunden ab Unterägeri bis zum Ausgangspunkt.
Verpflegung: Am einfachsten aus dem Rucksack. Ein Grillplatz findet sich zum Beispiel bei N 47°04.901'/E008°34.192'. Auf dem Wildspitz gibt es ein Bergrestaurant.

Allow yourself one day for this cache. It is hidden on a loop path and the hike could be a bit exhausting. But you will have a great view on the top!
Starting point is at N 47°05.724'/E008°34.055'. Follow the direction sign “Wildspitz über die Leiter”. After about one hour you reach the top. At N47°05.064'/E008°34.659' you have a wonderful view all over the cantons of Zug and Schwyz and the Alps. Then stay on the same level and walk in the direction of “Gnipen” (N 47°04.904'/E008°33.797'). There you can see boulders which remind of the rockslide in 1806. Follow the narrow path downwards to the cache, 1527m above sea level. Avoid danger and don’t climb the rocks the cache is located in a safe area.
Afterwards, take the path that leads down to “Oberalpl” - “Alpli” – “Unteralpli” and back again to the starting point.
Outfit: Wear hiking boots. Don’t go for this cache in winter or on rainy days! And you should be free from giddiness. Paths are well marked (white-red-white or yellow).
Food: Take a rucksack with you. There is a fireplace at N 47°04.901'/E008°34.192'. There is also a restaurant on the top.
How to get to the starting point: By car (parking in the woods). Or by bus: take bus no. 1 (twice an hour, 30 minutes ride) from train station “Zug” till “Unterägeri”. Go back to the roundabout and follow the sign “Hürital”. You will find signs (small and yellow) leading to “Alpli”. Follow this signs up to the starting point (about 2 hours).
By the way: the name of the cache is a literally translation of name of the mountain “Wildspitz”.
