Take a picnic and relax within this bird sanctuary. This is the first of hopefully a number of urban caches.
The cache is located within a bird sanctuary. The sanctuary is generally closed from dusk to dawn, but is open every day of the year. You can take a picnic, and if inclined you can try your hand at fishing in the dam. The bird life is abundant, and with some patience you will be rewarded with numerous species. There are quite a few migrant species, which reside at the dam in the summer months. A flock of Hadeda’s numbering over 60 roosts on the property, the cacophony can be quite deafening if you catch them near dusk.

Your first stop, the waypoint given for the cache listing, will provide you with the waypoint of the actual cache.
The cache itself is in a 2L container. Keep your eyes peeled for onlookers when approaching the cache. There is a bench nearby where you can relax and survey the area before approaching the cache.
NB: The cache is contained within a green water resistant bag. Review and print these instructions to make sure you close the bag correctly.
Please do not log the actual coordinates of the cache.
