Small monument to the early schools of Barry County.
At this location you will find a small monument to early schools in Barry County. This one was funded by the W. K. Kellogg foundation. This is a quiet little place in the summer but probably very busy during the school year.
A good place to reflect about early education.
Look through the names of poeple on the bricks that make up this monument. When you find the one with a name of one of the students in the 1st graduating class email me the year of the 1st graduating class.
Go ahead and post your find- if the year is wrong it will be removed. Don't put the year in you log - it will be removed.
