This is a Webcam cache! Your best bet is to have a cell phone with you and a friend sitting at a computer to log this cache. Have your friend goto http://www.vcu.edu/ramcam/commons_controller.html and pan all the way down and all the way to the left...until they see you.
Once you arrive at the location, have your friend take control of the webcam (If they can't take control, someone else is currently using it so they will have to wait their turn) Have them zoom all the way in, whilst you are standing in the center of the sidewalk....raise both arms in the air and yell GO RAMS!!...okay, that's cheesy so you don't have to do that part, but have them snap a photo of you.
Be sure to include the snapshot when logging the cache.
If they can't get the photo snapper thingy on the web page to work, have them do an alt-prt-scr and copy the photo to a word.doc.
