This is a Webcam cache! Your best bet is to have a cell phone with you and a friend sitting at a computer to log this cache. Have your friend goto http://www.richmond.edu/visit/webcam/ select Jepson Hall from the pre-selected views and pan slightly down and to the left...until they see the circle.
Once you arrive at the location, have your friend take control of the webcam (If they can't take control, someone else is currently using it so they will have to wait their turn) They will only have control for about 20 seconds, so tell them to work swiftly...Have them zoom all the way in, whilst you are standing in the center of the Quadrangle....raise both arms in the air and yell GO SPIDERS!!...okay, you don't have to do that part, then have them snap a photo of you.
If they can't get the photo snapper thingy on the web page to work, have them do an alt-prt-scr and copy the photo to a word.doc or right click on the webcam view and SAVE AS a .jpeg.
Be sure to include the snapshot in your log entry when logging the cache.
As an added bonus to the first finder.....Don't quote me on this but I think this is the first webcam cache in Virginia...Can you say "Braggin' Rights"
