Geocache Description:

Yes, go to the co-ords above, and ask Charles where the cache is, he has the info on him, or nearby.

OK, So for some reason, there is a statue of a famous Charles in this location. Ask this Charles for some assistance, and he will give you the solution to the cypher chart below. When you have found the key and finish unscrambling the letters you should have a set of co-ordinates. e.g. S:nn'nn.xxx / E:nnn'nn.yyy
a|c|d|e|f|g|h|h|i|i|i|k|l |m|n|o|r|r|r|s|s|s|s|t
2|3|2|3|5|:|'|4|:|/|9|5|.|.|E|1|3|5|'|S|9|1|0|1
then once you have these co-ords, they will point you to another famous person (he's not far away.)
Make use of what this gentleman, who is also out of place here, is holding, to find the final co-ords for the cache (don't worry the final location is close by)
1) R.Jelke 1978 xxx=451 yyy=930
2) J.Relke 1987 xxx=415 yyy=903
3) K.Jerel 1897 xxx=514 yyy=093
4) L.Rejek 1978 xxx=541 yyy=039

Be careful near the final location, there are some steep slopes, and cliffs that you may need to negotiate. (this is the reason for the dificult terrian ).There are however some convenient stairs nearby tha willtake you within 5m of the cache. See photos for more clues... ( oh how easy do you want this to be?)
