As you can see by the map this cache is hidden in Red Rock Canyon. This is a quick 10-15 min hike through a wash. Good cache for all ages.
This was my first cache to hide. So I wanted it in a place where you had to do a short hike(.20 of a mile) yet be able to do several hikes in one day. The best place to park is at the Red Rock Wash Overlook. Once you park there follow a small trail along two brown benches. The rest is very easy. We like to keep our caches loaded with goodies so please respect our wishes as best as possible. Please no food in the cache. Be sure both sides of the plastic container are secure before you rehide it again. Lastly please try and log(in the notebook and on geocaching.com) all items that were taken and items that were placed in the cache. Thank you very much. Have fun.
