An easy cache except for the last 30m or so. There are ways to this cache without wholesale destruction of the bush, although it doesn't appear to be that way at first.
The walk will take you through a pleasant part of the Rumbalara Reserve a gives views both east and west.
Due to the annual fires in this area (ahhh, the joys of childhood) I have attempted to make the container reasonably fire proof and hidden it in a spot not all that fire friendly. The container was an ammo tin til someone removed it and replaced it with a plastic container.
At the time of placing, this trail IS open - it is only some of the side trails that are closed.
