Virtual cache of historic interest
The cache is in a small park near the downtown area. It is a memorial to a man whose work not only built Boulder City but also made a huge difference to Las Vegas and to the entire Southwest.
To log the cache, tell me the man's nickname and the date that the memorial was dedicated.
Enjoy the park, maybe have a picnic, then stroll around the historic downtown area
