Hotel George, Las Vegas Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

longwalker: Apparently the area has been fenced off since the last find on June 30. It's been a good run with over 700 finds. Fortunately there are now more physical caches on the Strip.

Geocache Description:

This is a place to trade Where's George Bills. There is easy access to the area either by vehicle or on foot.

There are plenty of virtual caches on the Las Vegas Strip. This small traditional cache is meant for those travelers who want more traditional caches and don't have a car during their Las Vegas visit ( locals are welcome, too.) Depending on where you stay this could be a long or short walk. There are bus routes nearby. It does have a theme that should be a fun. It is an easy cache to trade Where's George bills. It's a small container that only holds a couple of dollars and a log sheet. There is a pencil but you should bring your own pen or pencil just in case. A trade is not required to log a find. Please only trade registered dollars.... don't take one if you don't have one to leave!Check in the new George by logging enough of the serial number to identify it but not a complete one. Take the George you check out with you to a new cache or spend it after you log it at (visit link) When placed the cache contained the log sheet a small pencil and of course a Where's George Dollar, E657**170HThe container has Geocache stickers on the outside and also contains a small geocache explanation sheet. It should always have a registered Where's George Dollar.Be discreet, this is a public place.
Bring a pen or pencil, I forgot to place one in the cache when I was there on 12/7/2004.
