The cache is at the end of the Rochester Panel hike
Take Highway 10 south from Ferron take the 2nd Moore Exit to the left then floow the signs to the start of the Rochester Panel hike. Follow the trail to the panel and take a look at the hyrogliphics (i think that is how you spell it) The cache is just past the panel.
