Geocache Description:

Pleasant walk suitable for kids even. Make sure you park in the right place near the Bibbulum track.

Cascade walk: Nice walk though the tall trees near Pemberton. Take the Burma Spring road past the Gloucester tree. Continue until you reach a parking area at S 34.27.113 , E 116.03.667 This is a part of the Bibbulmun track. ( Note: This location is NOT the Cascades.) The walk is an easy one with only slight undulations in the track. You may have trouble getting good satellite fixes but you will be able to find this one using the photo provided as a guide. Look in the rear area of the log, but on the log itself. We placed it under a few bits of bark and a piece of wood. You don’t need to rummage thought the bush or leave the track. If you are lucky you may get to walk the whole Bibbulmun track someday. If you continue on this track it will take you to the Cascades (about 6km one way). You can also drive around to them on the roads. When we were there it was almost dry but we would imagine they get fairly roaring when in flood. Lyn Pat and Nathan.
