Pääset kätkön lähelle autollakin (n. 400 m päähän), mutta varsinkin
kesällä saattaa olla hauskempaa kävellä koko matka ylös. Talvella
voit käyttää lumikenkiä tai suksia – myös hiihto- tai
gondolihissillä pääset kätkön lähelle. Ole varovainen kivikossa;
erityisesti sateisella säällä ja talvella. Tukevat kengät ja lämmin
vaatetus ovat tarpeen – huipulla on useimmiten aikamoisen
tuulista.
Levin huipun ympäri kiertää laidoitettu
Huippupolku, jonka kiertämällä pääsee ihailemaan maisemia joka
suunnasta.
Rasia on muovinen, kooltaan n. 20 cm x 15 cm x 5 cm sisältäen
lokikirjan ja pientä vaihtotavaraa.
Kannattaa varata kamera mukaan – haluat varmaankin saada
muutamia kuvia muistoksi kätköltä avautuvasta maisemasta.
Kätkö on kadonnut heinäkuussa 2003 ja uudelleen piilotettu
26.9.2004 hieman eri paikkaan kuin alun perin.
You could get right next to this cache by car but then you miss
most of the fun. In summer time we'd suggest that you hike the way
up. During winter you could try the path with snow shoes or skis or
even take the ski lift or gondola to get quite near the location.
Remember to take warm clothes, it's quite windy at the top!
There is also
the Peak Trail around the Levi fell's peak.
The container is a small plastic box, propably around 20cm x
15cm x 5cm or so. There's a log book for you to sign and some small
items to trade.
Take a camera with you. You'll be glad you did when you see the
sight from the cache location.
The cache has disappeared on July 2003 and we re-hidden it on
26th of September 2004 slightly different place than
originally.
