This cache is located on public property in a park, not far from the highway.
The first stage is just the coordinates to the next stage. The second stage contains the coordinates to the real loot. The first two stages will probably be harder than finding the real loot. The loot is hidden in a large clear white plastic container with a blue lid. Please sign the logbook. There are usually people around, so try not to alert non-interested parties.
