Parking at 10700 Bono Road, Terre Haute, IN 47802
This was the first cache Di and Myself tried to find, that was 500 cache’s ago June 2, 2001, and Di was half crippled from knee surgery. On the day we replaced this cache she was 7 ½ mouths pregnant, so we don’t what to here any bellyaching about the Terrain difficulty. We had to come back here to honor this cache and are 500 finds. On the day we looked for this cache we never believed that we would ever have found 100 cache’s. At that time there was only about 10 cache’s in all of Indiana and this being one of them. So here is to one of the first cache’s, god be with this cache and let it survive longer than it did the first time. You are looking for a ammo box hidden well but not to hard to find. There are many trade items in the box as well, plus a First to Find Prize. Being that this cache has been archived for five years in March. Have fun and enjoy this hike. Thanks to Mountain Climber for allowing us to adopt this cache and to bring it back to life.
