During the regime of the Khmer Rouge, brother no# 1 - Pol Pot - and his comunist armys killed more than 1 million of cambodias population. It was during that time that the "killing fields" got sadly famous.
Follow the coordinates to one of this places - a massgrave where more than 10.000 men were killed. Nowadays the army collected and moved more than 3 trucks of bones to a new proper gravelocation. Talk to any older person - they can tell you all the storys first hand.
You have to climb a lot of stairs to the hilltop of Sampou. Along the stairway you'll find two platforms - one with the coordinates. Now climb further and count the stairs to the top.
To receive credit, e-mail me the number of stairs from the "cache-platform" to the top. Do not post the information here. Logs that contain the answer or do not have e-mail verification will be removed.
