A guy I work with lives in this area and affectionally calls this place the Ghetto Stonehenge. I have no idea what the point of these structures might be or what they are supposed to represent....maybe you have an opinion. Please share.
Please feel free to park like the locals mostly do...along the wide shoulder of the road on the bridge (facing west toward the city). You may not even have to get out of the car to answer our question, but it may raise the difficulty level a tad.
