Go to the listed coordinates. Look around until you find the eye in the sky looking at you. You can use your smart phone to access and control the webcam at the following link City of Winter Park Webcam Webpage. You can save a screen shot on your phone to post with your log. Or, you can phone a friend with a computer to help. Have them RIGHT click on the image and save the image to their computer. Once the image is saved, if needed, have them email it to you.
