Geocache Description:

The question is: How many bolts were used to fix the howitzer (type of weapon, gun) on the fort?

Fort Konstantin is located in Kronshtadt town, being part of St.Petersburg. The town is situated to the north of St.Pete, on the island Kotlin in Finnish gulf.
The fort was established in 19th century, then partially destroyed by the flood in 1824. Then restored and got in use again.
In the World War II, this fort along with others was used for defense of north-west part of Russia.
Nowadays fort Konstantin is almost in ruins.
The entrance is free, without any restrictions.
There is a budget hotel right near the fort bearing the same name.
