Find this historical bell
Here's an easy one for the Winter months. To log this cache, locate the historical bell at the above coordinates and take a close look at it. Determine who made the bell, and send me an email with that information. The correct answer will have three words, followed by a year-only date. You should be able to see the manufacturer's name while standing on the sidewalk. If you have time and it's between 10AM and 4PM on a weekday, go inside and look around. Lots of neat stuff in there, dating from pre-Civil War to the 1950's. NOTE: if you post a photo, please make sure the manufacturer or date is not visible.
