Geocache Description:

Agents, as you know our previous communication point was compromised by W.A.T.E.R. (Western Alliance for Total Earth Reclamation) and it has taken us a number of years to reestablish contact.

While you will need a standard issue FM receiver and USB battery pack to receive the boradcast you will be able (and are strongly enocuraged) to retrieve the transmitter and retreat to a safe location, such as your nearby vehicle, to receive the broadcast in a more secluded way. Fortunately, this new communication point is more mobile and adjancet to parking.  Also while W.A.T.E.R. is always a threat to our transmitters you should always be on the look out for Tactical Insect Counter measures or T.I.C.s, as they thick Japanese Knotweed in the area provides ample jumping off points to inflitrate your person.

Security counter measures dictate we can no longer transmit our dead drop locations in clear text.  As such we've embedded a code word, spelled out using the standard NATO alphabet, in our broadcast. Use the below linked digital codebook (disguised as a "puzzle checker") to ascertain the location of the final stage. Once located be sure to sign your call sign to the included log so we know you're still active in the field.

Stealth is required at all times to keep our sensitive transmitter and drop location online and operational for all agents to check in. Caution should be used when retrieving or returning the transmitter and drop point as to not alert potential enemy agents disgusied as joggers or bike riders.  These Non-Organic Robotic Mangler Extermination Nodes, or N.O.R.M.A.N.s.can easily compromise our secure locations and can result in future agents being unable to complete their missions. Care should also be taken while crossing from the designated parking area to the trail head as traffic moves swiftly through the area.

Good luck agent!
