The earliest parts of the castle date from the 1380s, when, in response to the threat of a French attack, the civic authorities created a small enclosure castle overlooking the mouth of the Dart estuary.
Although the event is based around the castle, to attend will not cost you any entry fee as it is not in the castle itself.
(I've places the co ords to land on a covered area on raised bank by car park. There is a shelter.
If you fancy a visit afterwards you will need to pay the entry fee.
Hope to see how our Welsh Legends TBs are getting on if they are able to attend
(I have renamed the trackables Welsh Legends as I have had to expand the group :) and not all are royalty anymore. But they are all Welsh!)

☀️It's nicer to Storm Castles when it's dry and sunny, so fingers crossed for a good forecast
