What better way to mark International Workers' Day than with a little bit of volunteer yakka?
Continuing our assistance of local community group Friends of Coburg Lake & Surrounds (part of Friends of Merri Creek), we will most likely be weeding and mulching around one of the sites we've helped tidy up before.
It is recommended that you wear a hat and sturdy footwear, and bring gloves and a water bottle. Weeding tools could come in handy, though some tools will be supplied.
Please come and help make a difference.
