A flying visit to my old stomping grounds... (I lived in High Shincliffe 1976-1984, before moving to Nottingham, and then New Zealand). I'm back in the UK visiting various elderly relatives, starting in Scotland and heading down to London via Birmingham.
So I'll be lurking by the statue, wearing a bright yellow cycling jacket (it's the most distinctive item I own), and probably eating a Corned beef and tattie pie if I can find one (they don't make 'em in New Zealand).
