Stanford in the Vale war memorial is a white portland stone CWGC cross without sword
that stands on a four stepped octagonal base
with inscription "For the Fallen" by Laurence Binyon.
The memorial is surrounded by a slate covered plot,
standing by the entrance to the cemetery of St Denys Church.
As you enter the cemetery you will see two blue signs to the left of the memorial.
On the back of these signs you will find a makers sticker with phone number:
