CITO 2024, Season 1
Attend a CITO from 1st March through to 31st May to grab a season 1 souvenir.
Where: St John the Baptist, The Lea, Ross on Wye, HR9 7JY
When: 10.00am to 12.00pm(ish), Saturday 18th May, 2024. We have found ourselves there a little longer than planned in the past!
What's the plan? To help tidy the churchyard grounds. This will include tasks like edging and clearing paths, trimming/tidying around gravestones, clearing unwanted plant life, trimming/pruning shrubs and some trees. Clearing any other detritus that has found its way into the churchyard.
What to bring: The church does not own much in the way of tools and helpers usually bring their own, so, please bring along any tools you feel would help us achieve an improved churchyard. Gloves, secateurs, shears, edging tool, spade, anything you thing would help. It will be very much appreciated.
What to expect: A warm welcome, Tea, Coffee, Homemade Cake and a PCC that will appreciate the time you can give.
Thanks to the PCC for allowing the Geocaching fraternity to be a part of their annual tidy, something they were pleased to accept once again.
