It's camping time!
Campfires, s'mores, tall tales, starlight and a fun night at Henry Horton State Park!
It's a great way to start the summer season! Come and join us, even if you don't want to camp.
Saturday, June 15th, 6:00 PM – Sunday, June 16th, 11:00 AM
Join MTGC in the Group Camping Area #1 for a night of tent camping on Saturday, June 15th, at Henry Horton State Park. The Group Camping area will be available at 6:00 PM (technically, after 12:00 PM if you want to set up earlier, with a departure on Sunday, June 16th by 11:00 AM. Please follow all local and state rules and laws pertaining to Henry Horton State Park. It is YOUR responsibility to be responsible!
We have reserved the Group Camping area #1, which has room for 50 people. This area is for tents, only. If you prefer to be in a trailer, there are sites available for you, and you'll have to make your own reservations, and come and join in the fun in the tent area.
MTGC will provide hot dogs and stuff for s’mores.
Please bring a potluck dish to share, and mention it in your log, so we don't end up with too much of one thing.
