Noon to One. Come one come all! We have been invited by Jennie the director of the Harmon Pioneer Library to host a Geocaching Learning Event.There is plenty of parking and the building is 100% handicapped accessible with restrooms and easy access for all mobility levels. The facility has wifi and today we had 5G service coverage. We will have a question and answer session with explanations on how Geocaching works.Also we will discuss how it started and We will try to cover all the basics of the wonderful game. Including an overview of the different types of caches and basics of mystery caches. We will have door prizes and possibly some games that will be fun for all ages! We are also working with the local community to possibly also have a brand new Large size cache launched at the event so everyone will be able to log a FTF for the day. We encourage everyone planning on attending to please post a "will attend". Please include in your post the number or people and approximate age range so we have plenty of prizes for the young'uns. Also it will help us so we can plan for the amount of people and select games that will be appropriate for the size group. If you have questions on specific caches in the area please be sure to come and meet up so we can discuss them. Remember there is a multi at the library that has a bonus associated with it. So attending the event should get you a total of at least 4 geocache types found!
