Bunny Chow Festival Durban
The yearly Durban Bunny Chow Festival draws an interesting array of providers, some of whom we never get to hear of or taste their versions of this staple food. This is an ideal opportunity for us to step a bit outside our comfort zone to explore these unknowns
Although the festival runs from 11:00 to 20:00, we set our official event time for 12:00 to meet at the Sky Car at Moses Mabida for a quick 30 minute chat to log your visit before we wonder off to the unscripted delicacies awaiting our judgement. There is a ticket purchase to qualify for taking in all the delicious aromas on offer, which is why we cannot have an official event inside the grounds. Tickets will be available online and at the door. Once inside we can enthuse and deliberate on the various flavors on offer and even have our own voting session afterwards
The festival is at the Moses Mabida People's Park on 29th June 2024. Arrangements for ample parking will be made on the adjacent open areas
