Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22nd to promote awareness about the importance of our planet and different measures to protect it. We are part of the solution when we spend time collecting trash, keeping pollutants out of the river and helping nature stay clean and green. On this Earth Day Eve, we will be CITOing the north side of the river. Parking available on north bank--turn west off of Harvard Rd, north of the bridge. Long pants and sturdy shoes recommended. Trash bags, grabber tools and light gloves provided. You may want to bring sturdier gloves if you have them.
