Join us at Gillette Campground for a quick celebration of my 10th Cachiversary! Hard to believe I began this adventure ten years ago! It's not an exaggeration to say that Geocaching has changed my life, and all for the better!
Scareway and I will be camping in Site 18 of Gillette Campground, close to the provided coordinates. Come join us for some grilled brats and fixings, and some healthy snacks too. Bring your own drinks and anything else you might want to add to the table. (Be sure to log your Will Attend enough in advance for us to buy the brats before we go.)
There are many caches nearby, including an "ancient" by Donad_D from 2001. Feel invited to camp, hike, boat, whatever. We plan to hike the Springboard Trail up to the ancient some time that afternoon, but otherwise have no specific plans. There is a day use fee of $10 for the area. Camping can be reserved at recreation.gov
