CITO 2024, Season 1
Attend a CITO from Friday 1st March through to Friday 31st May 2024 to get an official CITO Souvenir
Parking: Suggested parking is in the car park at the provided coords, there is a footbridge to take you over to Horsbere. Or if there is space you can park by the gates leading in to the brook (alternative parking).
Where: Meet by the main gate at 9:30am or find us in the Orchard (published coords).
What: Join us caring for trees in the hazel copse. We will removing tree guards from mature trees. We will be rabbit guarding smaller trees with recycled mesh guards from elsewhere in the city.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and tools but we ask you to bring your own gloves if you can.
Health and Safety: The session and will be covered by council insurance as long as you are working under the Countryside Ranger's instruction.
Please make sure you bring along your own drinks as it can be thirsty work
