Kerid Crater - Morning Event
Myself and my family will be visiting Iceland for a week in April, staying right in the centre of the Golden Circle. 🎉 Of course, I must squeeze in a geocaching event at some point. I realise that the location and timing may not be ideal, however, this is the closest area to where we are staying and I must fit the event into our schedule as best as possible. Any problems, please feel free to reach out to me via geocacging messages and we will try to accomodate.
This will be a perfect opportunity to share stories, swap any travel bugs and have a good old chat about geocaching. Hope to see as many as can come as possible. 🙌🏼
Where?
Along the rim of the Crater, just follow the clear path around to the posted coordinates. We'll be just along the edge and if this poses a problem, we can relocate slightly towards the car park.
Note there is an entrance fee of 500KR (~£2) - again, any problems let me know in advance and we will accomodate. 😁
