This 75-acre park is dominated by rolling green grass hills and trees. It features play ground equipment and an aquatic center. The Putnam Museum is located just to the east of the park.
The tree line and surrounding areas near the lower lot (posted coordinates) has acquired a heaping amount of trash over the fall, winter and now spring seasons. Let’s put in some elbow grease and help restore some beauty to this historic park.
Please bring your trash grabbing tools and/or gloves. Bags will be on site waiting for you when you get there. This is a rain or shine event, dress accordingly. There is a road that winds through the park so please be mindful of that if you have children with you.
