Please log a will attend or a may attend by the 30th April so i can let the organiser know so they can plan the session and if you have any restictions or things you cant do please message me and a suitable job will be found for you as your there to enjoy self ( welcome to message me privately this info) families, Friends, solo's, children ( if under 16 need an adult with you) , The garden is accessable!
Jobs: this will vary depending on your ability- from planting, sowing seeds, to cutting things.. etc or if you simply just want to come and wonder around...
About the garden
This community garden was originally set up by local doctors practise in 2022, who thought others in the community would benefit from being outdoor and enjoy wildlife,
The actual garden project is a registered charity and the rely on volunteers to come and give whatever time they have on the different volunteer sessions.
so alot has changed from when they started: there is now running water on the site, fully operating composting toilet and new polytunnel for shelter incase it rains and it will provide a perfect environment to sow seeds.
