The clocks have gone forward, there are more hours of daylight so more time for geocaching. So, what better way to welcome the longer days than by having a good breakfast before you head off for a day or maybe a weekend of geocaching. This is also a chance to catch up on some geo - chat as well as discovering, picking up or dropping off any trackables.
Cloud Nine is located at the Ulster Flying Club and from the restaurant there are good views across the airfield to Scrabo Tower. You can also watch the planes and helicopters taking off and landing. As well as the marquee, where we'll be meeting, people can also choose to sit outside at the picnic tables. However, the marquee is well ventilated and I think people were happy eating here at the last event.
There is ample parking at Cloud Nine, which is situated on the Portaferry Road on the outskirts of Newtownards.
