On 8 January 2008, the world's oldest Wherigo "Where I went, Hugo" (GC18FP7) was placed by Rodz in the London suburb of Ealing. In the spirit of the upcoming celebration of Geocaching's 25th birthday next year, we're gathering in the nearby park to celebrate this cache being out for some 6000 days! It was also my first ever Wherigo, which I completed back on 29th May 2011 which seems like an absolute age ago.
So come along and bring your usual geocaching chat, swap some trackables, and celebrate the enduring legacy of Rodz' cache here. Easy access to the event is via the South Ealing underground station over the road, but there are local bus services from central Ealing as well which stop nearby. Hope to see you there!
