There is close metered parking often available on Capital (East of Main Street), and on both Fannin and San Jacinto (between Rusk and Texas) -- if you get there early.
The METRORail train has a stop on Main Street just a few feet away from the front door of The Flying Saucer, and another stop one block away on Capital Street.
