The Dates for you Diary are :-
7th, 8th & 9th June 2024
This year we are going back to a site we have been to once before (10 years ago). A new area for some of you to cache, although for some of you it will be on your doorstep.
There are many caches near by and I hope that more may placed before the event.
The event will start from 13:00 hrs on the 7th June until 12 noon on the 9th June. For those of you wishing to attend but not wanting to camp, we will be holding a daytime event from 14:00 to 17:00 at the same venue on Saturday the 8th June 2024. The Log book will be available to be signed during this time so that people can log the camping event by attending the daytime meet. I have reserved the whole of their Crooks Field. There is a total of 22 pitches of which 15 are electric and 7 non electric. They have a large beer garden.
Costs
This is a per pitch pricing and will be £36.00per night for Electric and £30per night for non electric.
Booking
All bookings to be made to myself and MUST be received no later than 30th April 2024. Payment will be required at the time of booking and is non -refundable. Please email cachedrag0ngeocacher@gmail.com with a subject of Sussex Camping.
Can you please also state the number of adults, children and dogs and the nights that you will be camping (If you are staying extra nights please let me know so I can get these booked in.
I shall be posting a table of attendees and will update this regularly.
Other Info
BBQ's are permitted, but must be off the ground and only charcoal to be used.
Fires Pits These can be hired from the site.
Site rules must be observed at all times.
