Our friends at Prince William Trails & Streams Coalition (PWTSC) have once again reached out and asked for assistance in cleaning up the Marumsco Creek and wetland area around Veteran's Park. NoVAGO has worked with PWTSC for many years and they are always overjoyed to see us turn out to make the waterways better.
Please be aware the area can be muddy and thorns may be present. Dress accordingly. Look forward to seeing everyone there.
Parking and check-in for the cleanup will be at the parking lot for the Little League ball fields. Volunteers will walk from there to the cleanup area.
Trash bags and gloves will be provided by PWTSC.
