Desde o início, o Rio Meia Ponte tem uma relação intrínseca com a cidade por ser fundamental para o abastecimento, pelo potencial hidrelétrico e pela proximidade com a área onde Goiânia foi construída. Antigamente, a BR tinha uma pequena ponte passando sobre o rio, mas anos depois construiram uma nova ponte, e ao invés de demolirem a antiga, eles deixaram ela no local e apenas fizeram buracos para passar as colunas de sustentação da nova ponte, que fica metros acima da antiga. A antiga ponte se tornou fantasma, perdendo seu objetivo inicial e não tendo nenhuma funcionalidade atualmente. Lá é possível observar também a Usina Hidrelétrica do Jaó, que foi inaugurada em 1936 e trouxe energia elétrica para Goiânia pela primeira vez. Com a construção da nova Ponte Sobre o Rio Meia Ponte, conseguiram implementar dois retornos na BR. É por meio desses retornos que ainda é possível acessar e atravessar a pé a antiga ponte fantasma, onde o cachê se encontra.
Recomendações: O cachê se encontra na ponte DEBAIXO, não na ponte atual da BR. Estacione seu veículo antes do retorno, lá embaixo não tem onde parar. Você pode acessar a ponte por ambos os retornos. Não vá de noite. Leve uma caneta para assinar o logbook, caso não tenha, tire uma foto do recipiente, se não iremos excluir o log.
Cuidado! A ponte está em ruínas e tem alguns buracos no chão passíveis de acidente. Não leve crianças.

In the past, the BR had a small bridge over the river, but years later they built a new bridge, and instead of demolishing the old one, they left it in place and just drilled holes for the support columns of the new bridge, which is meters above the old one. The old bridge became a ghost, losing its original purpose and having no functionality today. There you can also see the Jaó Hydroelectric Power Station, which was inaugurated in 1936 and brought electricity to Goiânia for the first time. With the construction of the new bridge over the Meia Ponte River, they were able to implement two turnbacks on the BR. It is through these turnoffs that it is still possible to access and walk across the old ghost bridge, where the cache is located.
Recommendations: The cache is on the bridge BELOW, not on the actual BR bridge. Park your vehicle before the return, there is nowhere to stop down there. You can access the bridge from both turnoffs. Don't go at night. Take a pen to sign the logbook, if you don't have one, take a photo of the container, otherwise we'll delete the log.
