I have scheduled this clean up time to coincide with low tide of 1pm on the day so that we may collect trash on foot and have our hands free to carry larger items back to the vehicles.
Last time I was here there were a number of items in the trees themselves (and no, I dont mean caches!). It only made sense to organise a group effort to remove what we can.
You will be wading through the shallows, navigating mangroves and possibly climbing trees to dislodge wedge items. I will be responsible for disposing of the trash, but you will need to get it back to the carpark.
For this reason I have given the event a generous terrain rating. The clean up zone is in the water area and on shore anywhere between the two car parking options. We will meet at GZ is in the middle at the nominated time, so please plan your commencement time appropriately.
